The next MeetUp of the Miami Condo Investing Club™ is scheduled from 6 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, in Greater Downtown Miami.

As the 2025-26 South Florida Winter Buying Season reaches the midway point, condo sale prices are falling as cash-strapped unit owners head for the exits.
To help investors navigate this shift, we are waiving the “Members Only” rule for the February MeetUp of the Miami Condo Investing Club™ for visitors who register.
Join us on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, to network, pitch your services and talk real numbers with active investors and real estate professionals.
We will be gathering at the outside tables of Craft Bayside located at 900 Biscayne Blvd., #101B, on the southside of the 900 Biscayne Bay condo tower.
