Last Call: Learn How To Evaluate Miami Condo Buildings In Post-Surfside Era
Chief Building Engineer Carlos Villanueva will offer expert guidance and actionable strategies for assessing the physical condition of condo towers at a private luncheon on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
Before the Surfside tragedy, many buyers, sellers and lenders never gave much thought to the structural integrity of a South Florida condo tower.
In the aftermath of the June 24, 2021, collapse of the Champlain Towers South on the Miami-Dade County barrier island, most everyone understands the importance of ensuring that Florida condo buildings are well maintained and structurally sound.
What can you do to ensure that the condo building that you live in or are considering buying into is at least meeting the minimum standards?
We have asked Chief Building Engineer Carlos Villanueva of SeeWhyConsultingLLC.com to share his insights and best practices for doing just that at the State Of Miami Condo Buildings private luncheon at Noon on Wednesday, Feb. 5, in Greater Downtown Miami.
