What Went Wrong This Summer With South Florida's Condo Market?
Expert Peter Zalewski of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™ will host a 75-minute online Monthly Meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024, to discuss the dismal South Florida Summer Buying Season.
The final numbers from the 2024 South Florida Summer Buying Season have been collected, evaluated and interpreted.
Now, it is time to share the results and latest trends from the tricounty region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach with the members of the Miami Condo Investing Club™ just as the South Florida Winter Buying Season ramps up.
Condo expert Peter Zalewski will discuss the findings at the Club’s eighth Monthly Meeting scheduled for Noon (EST) on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024.
Zalewski - who is a former business journalist, Wall Street consultant, expert witness and licensed Florida real estate buyside broker - will also share insights on condo pricing going forward in 2025.
The online event is scheduled to last 60 minutes and be followed by a 15-minute Questions and Answers session.
