I am out on the street today in preparation for our first Miami Condo Correction Walking Tour™ of the 2025 South Florida Summer Buying Season scheduled for 10 am Saturday, May 31.
I will be leading this three-hour walking tour of the Greater Downtown Miami Biscayne Boulevard Corridor submarket, which includes the neighborhoods of Edgewater, Midtown and Wynwood.
Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably for this rain-or-shine tour as we explore the various condo projects in the submarket.
For your comfort, we will make restroom and water stops along the way.
The tour will take participants on a four-mile walk from the MacArthur Causeway north to the Julia Tuttle Causeway, showcasing various condo projects and providing insight into the market's winners and losers.
The Greater Downtown Miami condo market, which spans a 60-block stretch from the Julia Tuttle Causeway south to the Rickenbacker Causeway, and Biscayne Bay west to Interstate 95, is a complex and ever-changing landscape.
The Greater Downtown Miami Market is comprised of three submarkets:
Biscayne Boulevard Corridor, which stretches from the Julia Tuttle Causeway south to the MacArthur Causeway and includes the neighborhoods of Edgewater, Midtown and Wynwood.
Downtown Corridor, which stretches from the MacArthur Causeway south to the Miami River;
And Brickell Avenue Area, which stretches from the Miami River south to the Rickenbacker Causeway.
