The Miami Condo Association Financial Cliff Investors Index™ is a weekly measurement that tracks the financial health and stability of the South Florida condo market based on active listings and pending sales for all condos and Vintage condos (at least 30 years old) in the tricounty region of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.

Our Q1 2025 analysis of Miami’s Little Havana Condo Cliff Index™ found that the Overall market has strengthened since the beginning of the year, spiking by about 143.05 percent to 19.30 points on March 25, 2025, compared to 7.94 points on Jan. 1, 2025.
